Comment or Question:
How long is Phase D and does the period of performance include Phase E?
Response:
The length of Phase D is dependent upon the offeror’s approach to the requirement. The contract period of performance shall be for a period starting from the contract effective date of TBD through June 2026 as stated in RFP, Section F – Deliveries or Performance, Clause F.2 GSFC 52.217-92 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE (JAN 2014) and is inclusive of Phase E.
