This document provides details on a forthcoming federal contract opportunity for Hydrosphere, Biosphere and Geophysics Support Services. The National Aeronautics and Space Administration Goddard Space Center plans to issue a draft Request for Proposal for services supporting research across biospheric, hydrospheric, cryospheric science, geodesy and geophysics. The services will range from experiment concept and design to data analysis, modeling, archiving, and communications and outreach. The contract will include seven major areas of support services and reflect the requirements of the recently reorganized Hydrosphere, Biosphere and Geophysics office. NASA anticipates issuing the draft RFP in mid-November 2018 as a small business set-aside for a cost-plus-fixed-fee indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity single award contract. The anticipated contract period is unspecified. Responses to the draft RFP will be due in mid-December 2018, with a 45-day transition period anticipated.
