Attachment J.2-B – Contractor Space and Support Location – Revision 1

As of June 17, 2021, NASA HQ and NSC are in a mandatory telework status. Onsite work is limited to authorized, mission critical employees and contractors. Return to onsite work and onsite staffing is unknown currently.

Contractors will support NASA HQ and/or the NSC under the SETS contract following these considerations:

The Office of Safety Mission Assurance is located at NASA Headquarters, 300 E St SW, Washington, DC. No dedicated on-site space will be granted to the contractor at the NASA HQ location. However, if needed, temporary space will be granted to perform work on-site at NASA

HQ.

The NASA Safety Center is located at the Ohio Aerospace Institute (OAI), 22800 Cedar Point Road, Brook Park, OH 44142. For the purposes of this contract, OAI is considered the same as being on-site at NASA Glenn Research Center (GRC). One private office, one studio/classroom, and one work room have been allocated for contractor personnel under the SETS contract.

Twenty to thirty hoteling/collaboration or shared workspaces are available. These spaces are shared with civil servant employees as well as employees of other contractors that support the NSC. Spaces must be reserved ahead of time and will be available on a “first-come-first-serve” basis. A working floor plan of the space available at OAI has been provided as Exhibit 1 of this Attachment.

• When onsite work is required standard office furniture and all utilities are included.

• The space available is not adequate to accommodate all contractor personnel at one time.

Additional space, if desired, may be secured at no additional cost to the Government.

• Additional space may be available for lease at OAI. Inquiries regarding available space can be made by contacting Mr. Gary Leidy, Sr. Facilities Manager, at (440) 962-3063.
