About this file
This is an Award Memo from the State of Utah Division of Purchasing and General Services announcing the intent to award a contract for aerial seeding services through the Division of Wildlife Resources. The solicitation, issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) AM27-100 North Moore Aerial Seeding FY27, sought a responsive and responsible vendor to provide aerial seeding services for 1,819 acres located in Juab County. Evaluation of quotes was conducted according to objective criteria outlined in the RFQ, with the contract to be awarded to the vendor submitting the lowest cost. The awarded vendor's identity is documented in accompanying award documentation available on the public purchasing website. No work, material purchases, or subcontract arrangements may commence until both the recipient and the Division of Purchasing and General Services execute a contract or purchase order.
The receipt of this award notification does not constitute an executed contract; only a signed contract or executed purchase order from the Division of Purchasing and General Services creates a binding agreement. Vendors have seven days from the issuance of this notice to submit written protests regarding the award decision, with protests required to clearly identify the solicitation and detail the nature of the objection. Awarded vendors will be contacted via phone or email regarding next steps in the contract execution process. All solicitation respondents are acknowledged for their participation and effort in preparing responses to the RFQ.
