About this file

This is a Pricing Document (Attachment B-5) for Pinal County's On-Call Land Use Planning Services procurement in Arizona. Pinal County is seeking proposals from qualified planning consultants to provide flexible, supplemental planning expertise on an as-needed basis to support the County's current and long-range planning functions. The services are intended to help the County manage varying workloads, meet project deadlines, and ensure effective land use regulation and sustainable community development in compliance with applicable County plans, codes, and state and federal requirements.

Respondents are required to submit pricing for their proposed labor categories used to perform the on-call planning services described in the Scope of Work (Attachment A). Firms must list each labor category, specify the billing unit (such as hourly, daily, per-task, emergency, or overtime), and provide the corresponding full rate that reflects all costs. Respondents may add labor categories as needed and should use a Notes column to clarify details such as experience levels or subcontractor roles. Rates should align with the firm's standard pricing structure for on-call planning work and correspond to the services outlined in the Scope of Work. Submission of pricing is mandatory for a proposal to be considered responsive.
