About this file

This document is an Addendum (#6) to a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey for expert professional climate resilience and sustainable design services. The RFP (Number 6000001848) seeks consultants to provide services on a task order basis during a four-year term, with proposals due by 2:00 P.M. on January 5, 2024. The addendum addresses two specific clarification questions from potential proposers regarding project qualifications and personnel eligibility.

The addendum clarifies that proposers can demonstrate project experience through a combination of large commercial office projects and large transportation facilities. Additionally, it confirms that part-time contract staff on a one-year secondment with the Port Authority's Resilience and Sustainable Design department can be included in proposals, with the caveat that any potential conflicts of interest must be transparently disclosed in the proposal's "Conflict of Interest" section. Interested parties with questions are directed to contact Ms. Nicole Kuruszko via the provided email address.
