About this file

This document is a collection of federal requirement exhibits for a contract opportunity with the South Florida Regional Transportation Authority (SFRTA). The exhibits cover various compliance and reporting requirements for contractors, including a Schedule of Subcontractor Participation (Exhibit 1), a List of Subcontractors/Subconsultants/Suppliers (Exhibit 4), a Monthly Subcontractor Utilization Report (Exhibit 6), and certifications related to federal tax liability, debarment, suspension, lobbying restrictions, and non-collusion. While specific project details are not provided, the documents outline extensive administrative and reporting obligations for potential contractors, with a focus on subcontractor diversity, transparency, and compliance with federal procurement regulations.

The exhibits require detailed reporting on subcontractor participation, including information on minority-owned businesses, subcontractor demographics, contract values, and monthly utilization. Contractors must provide certifications regarding federal tax liability, criminal history, and lobbying activities. The documents mandate that contractors verify their subcontractors are not debarred or suspended using the System for Award Management (SAM), and must submit monthly reports on subcontractor performance, payments, and contract progress. These requirements suggest a comprehensive approach to ensuring ethical, transparent, and diverse contractor selection and performance for federally-funded transportation projects.
