About this file

This document is Addendum No. 1 to Request for Bid No. CJO-7250 issued by the State of Wisconsin Department of Administration's State Bureau of Procurement for the Department of Corrections (DOC). The addendum, dated March 4, 2020 with responses due March 19, 2020, provides clarifications and answers to vendor questions regarding a procurement for cognitive-behavior based anger management program services. The addendum identifies current providers in other regions including Moore and Associates (Region 2) and Attic Correctional Services (Region 1).

The procurement seeks providers for cognitive-behavior based anger management programs, specifically for DCC (Department of Community Corrections) Region 3, which represents a new service offering for these locations. Group reimbursement rates range from $134.95 to $220.00 per group session, with typical group sizes of 4-10 participants. The DOC prefers not to mix different populations within groups and does not provide training for the specific curriculum, though commercial training resources are available. A significant clarification removes ACT entry point requirements and deletes Appendices 10 and 11 from the original bid requirements. The addendum references an existing institutional contract for similar services and requires vendors to include a signed copy of the addendum with their bid responses.
