About this file

This request for proposals from the United States Agency for International Development solicits offers to develop rural economies in Lebanon through support to the agro-food sector and other industries. Offerors are asked to submit performance work statements outlining cost-effective solutions and innovative approaches to unlock local and export sales potential, create jobs, and increase farmers' and workers' incomes. Technical and cost proposals are due by March 5, 2020. USAID anticipates awarding one cost-plus-fixed-fee completion contract for an estimated five-year period of performance valued between $50-60 million, subject to availability of funds and submission of cost-effective approaches. The contract is expected to be awarded by September 30, 2020 and will be conducted under full and open competition.
