Q3. Grading Contours: Please be advised on Sheet C-101, there are proposed grading contours located around the Cutter Support Building that fall outside of the Limit of Disturbance. Provide clarification as the work that is being proposed around this area.

A3. The proposed contours shown beyond the limits of disturbance (LOD) and adjacent to the Cutter Support

The pothole repair shall consist of saw-cutting a clean edge in sound existing pavement surrounding the pothole, removing all asphalt and debris from within the saw-cut limits, compacting the subgrade, supplementing the subgrade with compacted imported Base Course as required to meet subgrade elevation, applying a tack coat on existing saw-cut pavement edges, and placing compacted asphalt pavement matching the same thickness as existing.
