About this file
This is Amendment No. 0003 to RFP 70Z08826B0030252 for FY26 Dredging and Sediment Disposal at USCG San Francisco Bay Area covering three locations. The amendment was issued on August 12, 2026, by the Commanding Officer of CG CEU Oakland (CN) and is effective as of that date. The original solicitation was dated July 15, 2026, and the contractor is ISC BioExpress located in Kaysville, Utah.
The amendment provides answers to Questions 9-17 from the Request for Information (RFI) and includes four additional CAD drawing files (Amendments 03A-03D) to support the answers. Key clarifications include: dredge limit coordinates are provided in three attached CAD files (Amendments 03A-C); survey data in XYZ format is not currently available but USCG is researching availability; there is no minimum requirement for In-Bay disposal or SF-DODS disposal; SF-DODS disposal boundary coordinates are at 37°39.00′ N, 123°29.00′ W (NAD83); the Alcatraz Disposal Site (SF-11) is a circular area with radius 1,000 feet centered at 37° 49′ 17″ N, 122° 25′ 23″ W with required rotation between quadrants H, C, and I; dredge boundary polygons in all provided files are accurate and should be verified against the sampling analysis plan; contractors are responsible for preventing dock damage while achieving berthing depths; and daily contractor coordination with site points of contact is required at all three locations. All other terms and conditions of the RFP remain unchanged.
