About this file
This is a Past Performance Questionnaire designed to evaluate contractor qualifications for the USCGC MIDGETT FY27 dockside repair project. The questionnaire serves as an evaluation tool to assess offerors' relevant experience and historical performance on similar Coast Guard vessel repair and maintenance projects. Respondents are required to provide detailed information about past performance on comparable contracts, including project scope, duration, cost, and performance metrics such as schedule adherence, quality of work, and customer satisfaction. The questionnaire likely requests specific examples of dockside repair work performed on Coast Guard or military vessels, contractor team composition, and references from previous government clients.
The questionnaire is a standard evaluation component of the solicitation for this repair work scheduled to occur from February 2 through May 8, 2027. Prospective contractors should prepare comprehensive responses demonstrating their capability to execute vessel repair and maintenance work within established timelines and quality standards. The Department of Homeland Security US Coast Guard will use the past performance information provided in this questionnaire as part of the overall evaluation criteria to determine contract award, alongside other factors such as technical approach, pricing, and capability demonstrations.
