• Added table to WI, removed additional data verbiage from 4. NOTES, updated spec

“None” for GFM. Please clarify.
• GFE was already purchased commercially. Parts still supplied by us.

• Cosmetic Polymeric Epoxy Resin
• CIR requirement updated , updated spec
5. See the following screenshot. The CIR list contains several errors. Please provide clarification:
• Updated CIR list, updated spec
6. WI 59 – Piping lengths verification, The intent of the work item is for the contractor to renew miscellaneous heating and chilling water piping systems throughout the cutter. The referenced drawing in 3.3 lists nearly 700’ of piping. Are we to quote replacement of all the material listed in drawing number 180-TE-3802-4, Rev B? Or just miscellaneous parts of the system that have failed. Please provide an approximate amount of piping to be replaced if it is not the whole list.
We will not be replacing the whole piping system. I spoke with EPO and it would be approximately 100 liner feet.
7. WI 54, Fuel Tank Interference For Securing New Racks, The installation of new berthing racks will take place above the fuel tanks. In order to weld the racks to the floor the tanks will need to be cleaned and gas freed. Will the tanks be required to be cleaned and gas freed to complete this WI?
The KTR will not have to weld racks to the deck. There are existing mounting areas that the
KTR can use to mount the new racks.
8. Is there flexibility in the PoP?
No, the Period of Performance will now stand as the original PoP, 1/16/2024 - 3/25/2024.
