About this file

This document is an Amendment (P00002) to a federal solicitation for temporary lodging services issued by the U.S. Coast Guard, Regional Contracting West, dated June 12, 2026. The amendment uploads Revision 2 of the Statement of Work for the solicitation numbered 70Z08426QDL940012, originally dated June 4, 2026.

The Coast Guard seeks temporary lodging for Coast Guard Reserve personnel assigned to Port Security Unit 308 in Pascagoula, Mississippi, for the performance period September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2027. The requirement specifies 92 single-occupancy rooms and 530 double-occupancy rooms totaling 622 rooms with 1,485 room nights across the contract period. PSU 308 will provide berthing rosters no later than 28 days before check-in, with anticipated usage dates provided monthly from September 2026 through August 2027, though the contract allows operational fluctuations up to 15 percent monthly without constituting breach. The contract is structured as a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order with Electronic Funds Transfer payment through the Coast Guard Finance Center. Hotels must be minimum 3-star class with minimum 4.3 Google star rating located in Pascagoula within 5.5 miles of the facility, or alternatively in Biloxi or D'Iberville with specified ratings, with personnel housed in a maximum of two locations within eight miles of each other. All facilities must comply with the Hotel and Motel Fire Safety Act of 1990, offer non-smoking rooms with 24-hour cancellation deadlines, and include parking and free wi-fi. The Government will pay only for room charges; all other incidental charges are the responsibility of individual service members. Invoicing occurs monthly or upon stay completion, with Net 30 standard payment terms and Net 15 possible for small businesses.
