About this file
This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for temporary berthing services for USCG PSU 308 in Pascagoula, Mississippi, covering the period from September 2026 through August 2027. The SOW establishes performance standards for berthing operations, including vessel docking procedures, facility access, utilities provision, security protocols, and maintenance of berthing infrastructure. It specifies the contractor's responsibilities for ensuring safe and reliable berthing conditions, coordinate with USCG personnel, maintain accurate logs and documentation, and address any facility deficiencies that may arise during the contract period. The work encompasses continuous availability of berthing space, emergency support capabilities, and compliance with all applicable Coast Guard regulations and safety requirements. Quotations should include detailed cost breakdowns for all service elements, such as berthing space fees, utilities, parking, and any ancillary services. This is a firm-fixed-price acquisition issued as a Small Business Set Aside under NAICS code 721110 (Rooming and Boarding Houses), with submission of written quotes required by the specified deadline.
