The USCG seeks hotel accommodations for the period September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2027, with a total requirement of 622 rooms (92 single occupancy and 530 double occupancy) and 1,485 room nights distributed across monthly drill periods. Room cancellation deadline is 24 hours before check-in, and parking charges must be included in pricing. PSU 308 will provide specific berthing rosters no later than 28 days before check-in, with monthly usage fluctuations up to 15 percent permitted without constituting breach of contract.
The procurement is structured as a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order (FFPPO) issued under FAR Part 12 (Commercial Items) simplified acquisition procedures, designated as Solicitation Number 70Z08426QDL940012 and identified as a Small Business Set Aside with NAICS code 721110 and PSC code V231.
