About this file
This is a Standard Form 30 (SF30) Amendment A00003 for U.S. Coast Guard Housing Maintenance Services in the San Francisco Bay Area. The amendment extends the proposal due date to 01 August 2025, answers vendor questions, and provides a revised pricing sheet. Key modifications include clarifying past performance evaluation criteria, confirming key personnel resume submission requirements, and addressing specific maintenance and service details for housing units in Alameda, Novato, Petaluma, and Yerba Buena Island.
The solicitation is a competitive 8(a) small business procurement for an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract with firm fixed-price contract line items (CLINs). The scope covers housing maintenance services, janitorial services, and grounds maintenance across multiple Coast Guard housing locations. Notable clarifications include confirmation that COM (Change of Occupancy Maintenance) work is not included in the firm fixed-price portion, the base year is 6.5 months long, and specific details about service calls, playground inspections, pest control, and utility maintenance were addressed in the vendor Q&A section.
