About this file
This is a Questions & Answers document for federal contract opportunity 70Z03326Q2019000003, updated June 25, 2026.
The document addresses three key clarifications regarding contract performance. Work must be completed during normal business hours Monday through Friday from 0600 to 1700, with after-hours work permitted only upon Contracting Officer approval. Regarding drywall repair associated with removal of existing rubber cove base, offerors should make every effort to prevent damage during removal but must include a unit price add/alternate for drywall patching where unavoidable damage occurs to facilitate new cove base installation. For floor preparation related to undulations noted during site visit, offerors must include all necessary labor, materials, and incidentals per Sections 1.1 and 1.2 of the Statement of Work to ensure proper carpet tile installation, including removal of existing adhesive and subfloor cleaning. If floor undulations require additional preparation activities such as leveling or patching to meet carpet manufacturer installation guidelines and ensure quality results, these activities and associated costs must be clearly identified in the proposal submission.
