About this file

This is a Pricing Schedule Worksheet for the U.S. Coast Guard Maritime Security Response Teams (MSRT) boat maintenance contract. The document outlines detailed maintenance work packages for two boat types: 11 Meter Special Purpose Craft - Boarding Team Delivery II (SPC-BTD II) and 33' Special Purpose Craft - Law Enforcement (SPC-LE). The pricing schedule covers a base year and four option years, with maintenance services divided into specific work packages based on usage hours and semi-annual inspections, including routine maintenance tasks such as engine oil changes, inspections of various boat components, and trailer maintenance.

The maintenance work packages are structured progressively, with increasing complexity and scope as boat usage hours increase (100, 250, 300, 500, 1000, and 2000 hours). Each work package includes detailed inspection and maintenance requirements for critical boat systems, including engines, electrical systems, hull, deck, and associated equipment. Additionally, the document includes provisions for "Over and Above" maintenance, allowing the government to request quotes for unexpected repairs or maintenance not covered in the standard work packages. The pricing is applicable for both East Coast and West Coast geographical locations, with the contract period running 365 days from the award date for each year.
