Contractor personnel must not allow anyone the use of any Government key in their possession.
They must not open locked rooms or areas to permit entrance by persons other than Contractor personnel performing assigned duties. The Contractor must refer to the individual wage determination (Technical Exhibit 11) for actual holidays to be allowed for contractor employees. In the event that any of these holidays occur on a Saturday or Sunday, they must be observed by the Contractor per the practice observed by the Government.
