About this file
This document is an amendment (Amendment 02) to a Request for Quote (RFQ) for annual preventative maintenance of Print Center Bindery Equipment/Machines at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC). The solicitation (70LGLY25QGLB00028) requires a contractor to perform four preventive maintenance visits per year for specific bindery equipment, with the previous contractor being Electronic Imaging LLC. The contract will be awarded based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation method, and requires a background check for technicians to obtain a FLETC Visitor Access Badge.
Key details include a closing date of March 28, 2025, at 4:30 PM EST, with no site visits or pre-bid conference planned. Potential bidders must apply their quote on page 2 of the RFQ SF 1449, providing unit prices for the four visits. Common bid rejection reasons include incomplete information, missing signatures, and late submissions. Only the prime contractor needs to be registered in SAM.gov, no bid bond or performance bond is required, and the previous purchase order contract has been attached to the RFQ notice for reference.
