8. General - Q. Will the Government please provide a minimum of 12 recent consecutive months, by month, of disposal tonnage for MSW collected in the8 cubic yard front load containers
Original answer: Answer: The Government provides a schedule for pickup and disposal tonnage is not relevant for pricing. However, the Government amended Technical Exhibit 1 Historical Data to included six months disposal tonnage.
Follow-up Question: The Q&A represented that 12 months of history would be provided for the 8 cubic yard containers, though, the revised Tech Exhibit 1 - Historical Data did not provide this tonnage history. Can the Government please provide this data?
To confirm the Government’ oringial answer: Answer: The Government provides a schedule for pickup and disposal tonnage is not relevant for pricing. However, the Government amended Technical Exhibit 1 Historical Data to included six months disposal tonnage.
Clarifying Answer: To clarify for you. If the TE#1 does not provide any disposal tonnage history, then it is not available and/or is not required for pricing. These dumpsters are on the schedule and frequency is based on the dumpster locations. It is up to the vendor to decide on the method of disposal as long as they are within State/Federal guideline. For example, an 8CY might be dumped in back of a trash truck along with other waste then the 20-30-40CY dumpsters would be taken to the scrap yard and weighed individually.
