About this file

This is an attachment containing prior experience questions for facility operations and maintenance services at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) in Charleston, South Carolina (Solicitation #70LCHS25RPFB00002). The document presents seven detailed questions focused on evaluating bidders' experience in managing complex facility maintenance operations.

The questions specifically probe contractors' experience in: maintaining critical operating systems (chillers, water towers, boilers, AHUs, electrical, and plumbing) across multiple facilities; managing 74 acres of waterfront grounds maintenance and stormwater systems; cleaning high-traffic areas like gyms and training rooms; complying with federal environmental and safety regulations; maintaining commercial kitchen equipment; executing preventive maintenance and service calls on an active training campus; and demonstrating experience with environmentally preferable custodial practices including hazmat management and recycling programs. These questions are designed to evaluate bidders' capabilities for maintaining FLETC's training campus, which serves several hundred students and support staff.
