The Government will consider the above information, as well as information obtained from any other sources, when evaluating the offeror’s past performance. The past performance evaluation will assess the Offeror's record of successful performance of recent and relevant work for government and private sector clients. In addition to questionnaires the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) website will be used to conduct past performance reviews.
Price: The contractor shall submit two tables as the price proposal. Table one shall not be evaluated for purposes of contract award but will be used by the government to gain insight into the offeror’s total available inventory and pricing as the government prepares delivery order requests.
Table two shall be used for the price evaluation. The contractor’s total evaluation price shall be the sum of the travel trailers proposed as part of the market basket in table two plus any applicable delivery charges.
The government will evaluate the offeror’s market basket of travel trailers and use the market basket to determine the total evaluated price.
The contractor’s proposed pricing shall be evaluated for reasonableness.
The market basket prices are for evaluation purposes only, and does not guarantee that all units will be ordered.
