About this file

This file is a Vendor Questions and Answers document (Amendment 02) addressing clarifications regarding the Tennant T12 Ride On Floor Scrubber procurement by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

The document clarifies two key vendor inquiries regarding the equipment specification and procurement approach. Question 1 addresses a discrepancy between the solicitation title referencing a "walk behind floor scrubber" and the actual requirement for a Tennant T12 ride-on floor scrubber, with FEMA confirming the ride-on model is the required equipment. Question 2 establishes that this is a Brand Name Only procurement restriction for the Tennant T12 specifically, and equivalent machines meeting Statement of Work specifications will not be considered for award. This amendment was issued to address recent vendor questions prior to the August 26, 2026 at 3:00 PM E.T. offer submission deadline for Solicitation Number 70FB7026Q00000013, which seeks procurement of one (1) new Tennant T12 floor scrubber with F.O.B. Destination delivery to FEMA Distribution Center Guam.
