Instructions to Offerors
General Instructions
This worksheet is designed to allow you to enter your proposed unit prices for this solicitation. It is formatted to automatically compute the annual estimated totals for each CLIN. It will also calculate the total for the ordering periods in the Summary tab. Offerors must enter their proposed unit prices in the GREEN shaded cells. Any changes to the formatting of the worksheet may result in inaccurate calculations which may negatively impact your proposal. Offerors are reminded that estimated quantities are for pricing evaluation purposes, and that actual task order quantities may vary from estimated quantities.
Ordering Periods
There are 5 Ordering Periods of 12 months each located on the "Ordering Periods 1-5" tab of this excel sheet. The CLIN structure has been organized so that each year mirrors each other. Ordering Period 1 includes CLINs 0001-0002, Ordering Period 2 includes CLINs 1001-1002, Ordering Period 3 includes CLINs 2001-2002, etc. Offerors will need to include proposed unit prices for each of the 5 ordering periods. The worksheet will calculate the total amount for the Ordering period at the bottom of the sheet and automatically populate the Summary tab in the appropriate field. ONLY ENTER VALUES IN THE GREEN SHADED CELLS.
