About this file
This document contains a past performance questionnaire and details of a federal contract opportunity for National Public Warning System support services. The past performance questionnaire is a template for references to provide feedback on an offeror's previous work on contracts such as quality, schedule performance, cost control, business relations and problem resolution. It will be used to evaluate offerors for a 5-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract from the Federal Emergency Management Agency worth an estimated $15 million annually. The contract involves sustainment, decommissioning, construction, modernization and environmental support for the National Public Warning System across the United States and territories. A single award is anticipated to be made in July 2020 with a one-year base period and four one-year options.
