About this file

This document is a Request for Proposal (RFP) Evaluation Scoresheet for the Salt Lake City School District (SLCSD) for a District Property Feasibility Study, identified by Solicitation #TB2627-FS. The RFP seeks a comprehensive feasibility study involving five key tasks: Project Initiation & Kickoff, Real Estate Analysis, Financial and Economic Analysis, Community and Stakeholder Engagement, and Final Report and Presentation.

The evaluation process includes a technical scoring component worth 80% (800 points) and a pricing component worth 20% (200 points). The technical evaluation covers criteria such as company experience, qualifications of key personnel, approach to scope of work, project timeline, references, and value-added services. Proposals will be scored on a 0-10 scale, with 7.5 considered a passing score. The pricing evaluation will award full points to the lowest-cost proposal, with other vendors receiving proportional points based on a calculated formula. The minimum technical point threshold is 75% (600 points), and the total possible evaluation points are 1,000.
