There will be a optional pre-bid meeting on site, 21 Gatehouse Drive, Danville, PA 17821, on Wednesday, September 17, 2025 at 11:00 AM local time. The Work comprises installation of a new HVAC system in the existing building as well as electrical upgrades throughout the building. All power, condensation, return, and supply lines will be concealed along the ceiling, as needed, by crown molding. Where crown molding is required, it will be placed around the entire perimeter of the room involved. Boxed out corners will be used to allow necessary components to run down the walls. Nothing additional is to be installed onto the exterior of the building.
