The contractor must provide performance, payment, and warranty maintenance bonds, each at 100 percent of the contract price, with the warranty bond remaining in force for two years after substantial project completion. Additional notable requirements include compliance with federal, state, and local laws, prevailing wage regulations, and detailed documentation procedures for project activities and potential downtime.
