About this file
This is a master contract template document issued by Snow College, a public institution of higher education in the State of Utah located in Ephraim and Richfield, Utah, designed to accompany bids or requests for proposals. The template establishes the framework for goods and services contracts and identifies Snow College as the contracting entity. The contract period includes a beginning date and termination date to be specified, with provisions for renewal options as applicable. The College will assign a designated Project Manager to serve as the primary point of contact and coordinate project activities with the contractor. The contractor must complete all agreed-upon services in a timely and workmanlike manner in accordance with the submitted bid or RFP response, comply with reasonable directions from the Project Manager, and assume full responsibility for loss, theft, damage, or disappearance of their own equipment, tools, materials, and supplies.
The contract incorporates standard terms and conditions by reference through Attachment A, with special conditions taking precedence over any conflicting attachment provisions. Pricing is based on the contractor's response to the pricing schedule and is conditioned upon satisfactory completion of work, subject to any agreed-upon deductions and additions. The template does not specify particular pricing terms, funding sources, or award amounts, as these are to be determined on a contract-by-contract basis depending on the specific goods or services being procured. The template serves as the master agreement format for Snow College's procurement activities across its Ephraim and Richfield campuses.
