About this file
This document is a set of general interrogatories from City Colleges of Chicago (CCC) for Request for Proposals (RFP) #WM2608 seeking certified athletic training services. CCC is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide six certified athletic trainers to support intercollegiate athletics programs across six colleges. The athletic programs currently serve over 400 student-athletes competing on more than 25 athletic teams throughout the academic year. The proposal submission deadline is Thursday, June 15, 2026, by noon (CST). The interrogatories request detailed information regarding vendors' experience, service delivery models, staffing capabilities, and operational approaches relevant to the contract requirements.
The interrogatories focus on 15 key areas of inquiry designed to evaluate vendor qualifications and readiness to meet CCC's needs. These areas include experience providing certified athletic training services in higher education and community college settings; ability to provide coverage across multiple simultaneous locations and events; service delivery and trainer deployment models; scheduling and coordination practices; emergency response and injury management protocols; documentation and information-sharing practices; compliance with licensure and certification requirements; staffing continuity and backup coverage capabilities; staff qualifications and capacity; quality assurance and performance monitoring processes; relevant past engagements and examples; risk and liability management; and understanding of CCC's operational constraints including variable hours, non-guaranteed scheduling, and seasonal athletic cycles.
