The insurance requirements include $500,000 combined bodily injury and property damage limits for both General and Auto Liability, statutory limits for Worker's Compensation, and $100,000 for Employer's Liability. Additional notable provisions include Broward County being listed as an additional insured, with the contractor's insurance providing primary coverage.
