About this file

This document is an Anti-Human Trafficking Affidavit for Broward County, Florida, related to a procurement opportunity for an RTK GNSS Receiver for Water and Wastewater Services. The affidavit requires vendors to certify that they do not use coercion for labor or services, as defined in Florida Statutes 787.06, and must be submitted with the vendor's initial proposal or within three business days of the county's request. The solicitation involves the purchase of an RTK GNSS Receiver, with vendors required to submit all documentation electronically through the BPRO (Bonfire) procurement platform by the specified closing date and time.

The solicitation emphasizes comprehensive submission of all documents, including those marked as optional, to facilitate a thorough review process. Vendors must submit questions and clarification inquiries through BPRO by the designated questions due date, with the county responding through the platform's Messages section. Technical support is available through support@gobonfire.com if vendors experience submission difficulties. While specific pricing details are not provided in this document, the procurement appears to be a fixed contract for a specific technical equipment purchase for the county's water and wastewater services department, with an emphasis on complete and timely electronic submission of all required documentation.
