About this file

Vendors may request approval of equal products prior to the solicitation due date of May 20, 2026 (5:00 PM EST). The contract is subject to FTA funding and requirements established by the U.S. Department of Transportation.

Under the terms of this acknowledgement, contractors must certify receipt of the complete FTA Funding Supplement, including all required FTA clauses, disclosures, certifications, and forms, and commit to full compliance with both the supplement and the Standard Terms and Conditions incorporated into the contract. All labor, shipping, delivery, offloading, and associated charges must be included in the unit price with no additional charges permitted, and delivery shall be made on an FOB Destination basis. In the event of conflicts between contract provisions and the FTA Standard Terms and Conditions, the latter shall prevail. Contractors and their subcontractors are subject to FTA obligations as detailed on the FTA website (https://www.transit.gov) and in the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) available at http://www.ecfr.gov.
