About this file
This is a Price Schedule attachment for a Police Pursuit Vehicles solicitation issued by the City of Charlotte and the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department (CMPD) through the Charlotte Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (CCPA), intended for public agencies throughout North Carolina and potentially beyond. The solicitation requests bids for both SUV-style and truck-style police pursuit vehicles, with model options including Chevrolet Tahoe PPV, Chevrolet Tahoe Special Service Vehicle, Dodge/Stellantis Durango Pursuit, Dodge/Stellantis Wagoneer Command Operations Vehicle, Ford Police Interceptor Utility Hybrid AWD, Ford Expedition/Max SSV, Chevrolet Silverado 1500, Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Special Service Vehicle, Dodge/Stellantis Ram 1500 Special Service Vehicle, Dodge/Stellantis Ram Heavy Duty Special Service Vehicle, and Ford F-150 Police Responder. Bidders must submit pricing for current standard model year vehicles (2026 and 2027) as described on manufacturers' websites, with specifications including engine type, drive train configuration (4X2 or 4X4), compliance confirmation, and lead time information. The initial contract term is three years with options to renew for two additional consecutive one-year terms thereafter.
Pricing submissions must include all-inclusive unit prices incorporating vehicle cost, shipping and delivery, discounts, vendor markup, storage, and any additional costs, with no separate charges permitted. Bidders must also provide pricing for color paint options (designated as Standard, Upgrade, Alternative, or Not Available) and numerous options/upgrades including interior configurations, safety features, emergency lighting packages, tire specifications, and hardware components. The solicitation requires bidders to submit a minimum two percent administrative fee from overall CCPA program spending, provide a fixed percentage discount from their current catalog list price for non-core items, and disclose any pricing incentives or rebates based on volume or other criteria. Payment terms and pricing incentive structures must be clearly identified by the bidder on the required signature page, with failure to complete all required bid information potentially rendering the submission unresponsive.
