About this file
This document is an Agreement to District Solicitation Provisions form from the Amarillo Independent School District (AISD). The form requires a proposer/vendor to indicate whether they are fully accepting all solicitation provisions or if they have specific exceptions to the terms and conditions, scope of work, specifications, or other elements of the solicitation. The document emphasizes that any exceptions not explicitly delineated and attached to this form will not be considered part of any resulting agreement and will not relieve the proposer from full compliance with the original solicitation requirements.
The form provides a structured method for vendors to formally acknowledge and respond to the district's solicitation requirements, with clear warnings that proposing alterations or exceptions may render the proposal unresponsive. Proposers must carefully review and either accept all provisions completely or clearly outline any specific exceptions they wish to make, understanding that undocumented exceptions will not be recognized in the final agreement.
