About this file
This document is an Addendum No. 2 issued by the North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) for the Owner Advisor Services for Trinity East Fork RWRRF - Step 1, with Invitation to Bid (ITB) No. 25-199-Q. The addendum primarily addresses changes to the submission deadline, extending it from August 20, 2025, to August 22, 2025, prior to 12:00 PM CT. The document includes responses to several questions from potential bidders, covering topics such as pre-response meeting attendee list availability, submission deadline extension, facility site information, and team conflict restrictions.
Key clarifications in the addendum include that the pre-response meeting attendee list has been added to the "Public Documents" section on Bonfire, and specific site information for the future wastewater treatment facility will be shared only with the awarded Owner's Advisor. The document also confirms that the prime contractor will not be allowed to submit as part of the Progressive Design-Build team, though this restriction does not apply to subconsultants. Additionally, the District indicates that information about the Southern System Capacity Assessment and Assurance project, including evaluated options, will be provided to the awarded Owner's Advisor.
