Questions and Clarifications
Question 1: The Stage II invitation states that the lead designer-A/E team’s representation may not exceed five individuals (lead designer, associated architect, project manager, mechanical engineer, and structural engineer). A question was posed at the small business networking event whether a sixth person would be allowed in the case that co-lead designers were proposed?
Clarification: If the offeror’s Stage I submittal proposed the use of co-lead designers, both of those individuals are required to attend the interviews, increasing the total allowed from five to six team members.
Question 2: GSA was asked to if they would provide the Small Business Subcontracting Goals that were read at the Small Business Networking Event.
Clarification: The below table includes the Small Business Subcontracting Goal guidelines that were read at the Small Business Networking Event:
Small Business Category Goal
Small Business 29.00%
Small Disadvantaged Business 5.00%
Women-owned Small Business 5.00%
HUBZone Small Business 3.00%
