About this file

This document is an amendment to a solicitation for the CA NP GOGA 469(1) China Beach Access Road project. The project scope includes reconstructing the parking lot for access to China Beach in San Francisco, California, constructing new retaining walls along the trail from the parking lot to the beach, completing sewer and water utility work, and performing landscaping. The project is located on lands owned by the National Park Service's Golden Gate National Recreation Area and the City of San Francisco. The amendment revises page T26 of the solicitation plans and requires acknowledgement of receipt of the amendment by the designated date and time in block 19 of the SF1442 bid form to avoid rejection. The Department of Transportation's Federal Highway Administration Central Federal Lands Highway Division is the issuing agency.
