November 10, 2021
Questions Answers 1 Will culvert installation be phased in order to keep 1 lane of roadway open during construction? If so, has method of temporary shoring been determined for the first phase of culvert installation in each location?
The road may be closed during the day in accordance with SCR Section

Phasing and any necessary temporary shoring for completing the work are the contractors responsibility. Payment will be full compensation for the work prescribed in the respective pay items listed in the bid schedule, temporary shoring will not be measured for payment.
