Questions and Answers during Advertisement for Construction Inspection IDIQ
October 16, 2020
Questions Answers 1 Evaluation Factor 5, page 15, bullet 1 requests that firms provide a list of projects similar to this pursuit that have been completed in the past 5 years. Our firm has completed over 30 or so contracts in this time frame similar in scope, size, and location. Please clarify if all 30 would need to be listed and if contact information for the client for all 30+ contracts would be required.
Refer to Amendment A004, Evaluation Factor 5, revised bullet 1 on page 15.
2 Evaluation Factor 5, page 15, bullet 3 requests letters of recommendation; however it is unclear if the requested letters of recommendation are for each individual staff member or if they are recommendations for the company from our clients. Please clarify if the letters of recommendation are for staff on the project, if so, does each staff member require their own letter of recommendation?

3 In reference to the subject, is it allowable to use a different type font and smaller font (then specified in the RFQ) for our Organization Chart in Part I D as well as tables and graphics in Part I H?
Per the RFQ page 11, All documentation will be in an 8.5 x 11inch format using a minimum 10 pt. Times New Roman Font when responding to evaluation factors.
4 Please indicate if a cover counts towards the 70 pages.
Cover will not be counted toward the 70 page limit. Refer to Amendment A004, SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS AND EVALUATIONS, revised paragraph 1 on page 11.
5 Do the signed addenda forms (form SF 30) count towards the 70 page limit?
