This document includes responses to questions submitted before June 20, 2024, at 9:30 AM ET for 697DCK-24-R-00412:

1. Question: Conventional bid packages for snow removal solicitations require pricing by depth levels (ie. 1"-3", 3-6", 6"-9", 9"-12", 12"+) with a fixed "estimate" of the number of storm events per season per depth level. It is our understanding from the scope of work that all areas will be serviced at depth levels min 2". Based on 2" depth level, show we present pricing per service event?

Response: We wish to go with a Fixed Monthly rate vs per service event based on historical snowfall rates.

2. Question: Is there a mandate for the type of ice treatment material (ie. salt vs calcium)?

Response: There is no mandate for a specific de-icing material.

3. Question: Is there a requisite for off-site snow dumping if necessary?

Response: Airport is on a large property so snow can be pushed or dumped into an open area if necessary. However, the SOW does note if there is excessive snow, it may need to be removed per site POC direction only.

4. Question: Is there an incumbent? If so, who are they?

Response: This is no incumbent. This is a new contract requirement.

5. Question: If there is an incumbent, what was the previous award amount and contract number?

Response: Services were previously paid via credit card on an as needed basis. There is no incumbent and no previous award information.
