About this file

This document is an amendment to a solicitation for janitorial services at five Federal Aviation Administration sites in Chicago. The solicitation seeks to award a firm fixed-price contract for janitorial services, including trash removal and landscape services, at air traffic control towers located in Fort Wayne, Indiana; Decatur, Indiana; South Bend, Indiana; Lafayette, Indiana; and Champagne, Illinois. The incumbent contractor is Unicare Building Maintenance, Inc. under contract number 697DCK-23-P-00027. The amendment provides answers to questions submitted by potential offerors to clarify requirements but does not otherwise modify the scope of work. It estimates the annual value of the contract for each location, ranging from approximately $27,000 to $55,000, for a total estimated value of $200,000. The applicable skill code for personnel is 11150 for Janitor.
