About this file
This amendment to a solicitation provides updated information for the Northern California TRACON Building Automation System Replacement opportunity. The Federal Aviation Administration is seeking proposals to design and construct a new BACnet building automation system at their facility in Mather, California. The amendment reschedules the site visit in May due to rising COVID cases and extends the proposal due date to June 2, 2021. It clarifies that a licensed electrical or mechanical engineer is not required for the design but a licensed electrician will be needed for construction. Offerors must register in SAM and submit proposals in accordance with the solicitation instructions to be considered for award of this requirement.
