About this file

This document contains a screening information request for a two-phase design-build project to construct a new administrative support building at the Portland International Airport. The Federal Aviation Administration seeks responses from interested contractors to support selecting up to three firms to compete in the second phase for award of a contract valued between $10-15 million. The screening information request describes the project details and instructions for submitting responses by June 18, 2019. Firms will be evaluated based on the criteria in the attached document, with site visits scheduled for June 5th. The selected support building of approximately 11,000 square feet will be adjacent to the existing airport traffic control tower.
