The contractor is required to manufacture, procure, remove, dispose of, deliver, install, and configure thirty-two (32) custom UV-blocking protective mesh curtains and associated hardware for two outdoor storage bay structures. The work includes conducting a site visit to verify field measurements, removing and disposing of approximately thirty-two existing deteriorated curtains and hardware, supplying new curtains with all mounting brackets and fasteners, installing sixteen curtains on the east storage bay and sixteen on the west storage bay, and performing final inspections and testing. The replacement curtain system must be industrial-grade, designed for continuous outdoor exposure, provide UV radiation protection while allowing airflow, resist tearing and environmental degradation, and be suitable for high-wind conditions (average gusts of 30-40 MPH with highest gusts of 60 MPH). The contractor must match or exceed the performance of the existing system upon requester approval. All work must be completed within sixty (60) calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed, with material lead time of approximately six to eight weeks and on-site demolition and installation requiring approximately two business days. The contractor must provide a minimum one-year warranty covering materials, workmanship, and installation defects, comply with OSHA safety regulations, maintain an Accident Prevention Plan, and ensure all personnel possess valid REAL ID-compliant identification. The prime contractor and any sub-contractors must be United States-owned and operated businesses. The Government will provide access to designated dumpsters for disposal of removed materials. The project is considered complete upon successful installation of all curtains and hardware, completion of final inspection, correction of all deficiencies, delivery of warranty documentation, and written acceptance by the FAA Contracting Officer's Representative and Contracting Officer.
