About this file
This document is a Solicitation for the replacement and installation of Chiller Parts for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) at various locations in Texas. The FAA has a requirement for this work, and it is anticipated that a Firm Fixed-Price contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation. The applicable NAICS code is 236220, with a $45.0M business size standard. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) by the date set for receipt of offers. The FAA reserves the right to review and verify each offeror's program eligibility, and to communicate with one or more offerors during the solicitation process. This project is intended to be funded by the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL), and the selected contractor will be responsible for associated quarterly reporting requirements. Site visits are scheduled for April 2-3, 2024, and all questions must be submitted in writing by the deadline one week prior to the closing date for proposals.
