Attachment 4 factor 5 recency remains unchanged.

Does DOTMA USMMA have as a file size limitation of the PDF file/qualifications package that will be sent via email?

The current inbound size limit to DOT/ MARAD/

USMMA in a single email is 75mb (seventy-five).

This includes the size of the email and any attached files.

If your files exceed this limit it may be divided into appropriately sized files and transmitted. Zipping files ents

Format has also been done.

Remember that the compilation of a divided response will be made by the USG. It probably behooves a proposer to make any compilation effort as simple, easy, and straight forward as possible. Clear markings and indicators as to the complete number of emails, files, first and last, and any other pertinent and simplifying directions would probably be beneficial to both proposer and USG. Note that the current detection scans of emails and attachments block and reject without notification or warning any transmission that includes foreign characters. For example if a submission notes a person is a Six

Sigma it is advisable this be spelled out rather than using the Greek letter.
