About this file

This amendment modifies a solicitation for construction services at Lake Cumberland Kendall Recreation Area in Kentucky. The work includes repairs to a day use parking area, boat launch ramp, and campground loop road. Project elements involve roadway excavation, gabion-faced soil nails, aggregate base, asphalt milling and overlay, curb, gutter, guardrail installation, and drainage improvements. The amendment reschedules an organized site visit, provides the attendee list from a prior unofficial visit, extends the bid due date to May 26, 2022, and clarifies that questions should be emailed to the contracting office rather than directed to the site visit point of contact. Bids are sought from small businesses only for work priced between $2 million and $5 million, to be completed in multiple schedules or contract options.
